The municipality of Ciutadella is located at the west of Menorca Island.
The main town, which is called Ciutadella de Menorca, is situated on a picturesque
harbour. Ciutadella, once the capital of Menorca, is today a popular tourist destination and
the arrival point for ferry passengers from Majorca (Port Alcudia).
